Cornelious Wilson Brown III

Cornelious Wilson Brown III is a widely sought out speaker for conference keynotes, workshops and seminars. DeJaNeal Brown

DeJaNeal is the eldest child of founder Cornelious Wilson Brown III. DeJaNeal (dayjah neel) received her B.S. in Healthcare Administration and Policy from Georgetown University in 2019, and has since served in Higher Education, Healthcare, and Finance sectors in various procurement capacities. As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst and Contracts Manager, DeJaNeal added substantial value to Georgetown University’s Procurement Services reorganization by streamlining outdated processes, migrating legacy agreements, supporting the selection and implementation of a new CLM tool, and managing key Supplier MSAs. As a Sr. Contract Specialist, DeJaNeal managed the University of Miami Health System’s Support Services Agreements and led the category’s value analysis committee. Most recently DeJaNeal worked as a Sourcing Consultant assisting Cuna Mutual with transitioning nearly 150 Supplier agreements following their $1.4M acquisition of Assurant’s Pre-need Insurance Solutions. DeJaNeal believes successful procurement efforts are collaborative between the Stakeholders and Contracts to accomplish all of the scope’s required core competencies for mutually profitable Supplier - Firm relationships using ethical negotiation practices. She enjoys driving organizational change by advocating for inclusive team culture, while being a central knowledge source for her peers. DeJaNeal is newlywed, the oldest sister of five, and a Christian Counselor. In her free time, you will find her creating positive psychology, health, wellness, and beauty social media content.
